Returns & Refunds policy
For USA orders which you purchased through our website TingHopper.com, we accept free returns and exchanges for any unused items within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, and not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.
Return process:
1) Email us at team@tinghopper.com with the following information: 1) the item you purchased through our website and wish to return; 2) your name you purchased through our Site; and 3) the date you purchased the item.
2) Please mail/ship the item to:

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You notified us of the return with the required information stated above
- You sent us the return item within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- The goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
